How to request deletion

Send an account-deletion request to privacy@funfaircasino.ie from the email address registered to your Funfair account. Include your full name and the mobile number linked to the account so we can verify the request safely.

You can also request deletion through the Funfair app where the account-deletion option is available. If you cannot access the app, the email route above remains available.

What will be deleted

We will delete or anonymise the account profile and app account data that we are not required to retain, including your sign-in account, profile information, linked device information, and app preferences.

What may be retained

Some records may need to be retained for a limited period where required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, financial, dispute-resolution, or responsible-gaming purposes. These records will be restricted and retained only for as long as required by the applicable obligation, after which they will be deleted or anonymised.

Important information

Deleting your account is permanent and may remove access to membership benefits, points, rankings, vouchers, promotions, and other account-linked services. Account deletion does not cancel obligations or resolve a restriction that must be retained for legal or safety reasons.
